| Working all weathers and
right through the year the snow must first be removed from the
scaffold |
After a cold and snowy
start to the week the floor joists and steelwork is all installed.
The roof is now stripped ready for the construction of the rear
dormer |
The timber studwork for
the dormer is installed together with the new flat roof joists |

| The dormer is covered with
timber sheet material and then felted to protect against rain for
the night. The flat roof is then felted the following day |
The internal walls are now
erected, insulated and plaster boarded |
The section of existing
ceiling shall now be removed to allow for the installation of the
staircase |

| The ceiling has now been
removed ready for the installation of the new staircase to fit
over the existing |
The new staircase is now
installed and the entire loft is now ready for plastering |
Once plastered the hand
rail and spindles are installed on the new staircase |

 |
| The main bedroom is now
second fixed with skirting, radiator and electric points |
The architrave and doors
are also fitted |
The bathroom is tiled and
the sanitary ware is also fitted |

completely tiled and all leadwork complete as necessary |
