The existing internal walls and plasterboard are all removed prior
to the installation of any new timbers or steels |
Access is made in through
the rear roof so that everything is taken out through the roof |
The new steels and floor
joists are installed |

| The new ridge beam that
will support the new dormer roof is installed and the existing
water tanks are ready to be removed |
8:00am: The necessary roof
tiles are removed and the first dormer timbers are installed |
11:30am: The rear dormer
wall and roof members are installed into place |

| 3:30pm: The whole dormer
is covered with timber sheet once the walls and roof members are
installed |
4:30pm: The dormer is made
secure and completely felted and also covered with tarpaulin to
prevent ingress of water over night. The roof is then felted the
following day |
The internal view of the
dormer which shall now be insulated and plaster boarded then
plastered ready for fitting of all skirting, architrave and doors |
