A semi detached
bungalow with a "hipped" side. We converted
this to a "gable-end" by extending the ridge
across in line with the external wall and then built a
dormer to the rear. This provided a large bedroom with
en-suite and also a further room to be used as a study from
the bedroom. |

This property did
not have enough roof height, so a complete new
"attic-truss" roof was constructed that
increased the height by approximately 1.2metres. A
"pitched roof dormer" was constructed on the
front where the stairs rise into the conversion and two
"cat-slide dormers" were constructed to the rear
with slate roofs. This conversion provided two additional
bedrooms, a large landing and a bathroom. This was
completed in 9weeks. |

A detached bungalow with a rear flat-roofed
extension. The roof on this bungalow sloped in from all for
sides so you could only stand up in a limited area in the
centre of the roof. The roof on each side was taken out to
"Gable Ends", a dormer was then constructed to the
rear to provide 3 bedroom's and a bathroom. A "Velux"
type conversion was then added to the rear above the
existing extension to provide a further bedroom to make the
whole conversion into 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. Completed
in 9 weeks.
