As a small family run company based in Stebbing near Great Dunmow we cover the Essex, East Hertfordshire and the Suffolk border. We do not employ any sales representatives as we believe it is far better that the person who comes out for the initial visit is the same person who remains personally involved throughout your conversion.

Our service begins with a free site visit where we take the time to understand what you would like to achieve, assess the existing property and discuss the options available for your loft conversion.

Following our visit, we prepare a personalised Elite Lofts Proposal setting out the proposed project investment, what is included and how we would deliver your conversion. Should you then decide to proceed with Elite Lofts, we develop the project in detail and prepare your bespoke Project Pack, including 3D visuals, construction specification, programme of works, payment schedule and customer contract.

Once these details have been agreed, we progress the architectural drawings, structural calculations and necessary Local Authority applications ready for construction.​
